Knowledge Management

 

Reviewing the Lessons Learned:

  • Ensuring ultimately the learning loop is closed.

  • We Planned, We Measured. We need to learn.

  • As a team we do not learn unless we have implemented the Lessons back into the plan.

Incorporating previous lessons:

  • All previous Lessons Closed will need to be read and cross referenced with the relevance to the up coming program.

  • Each FIR will need to be checked to identify with new service providers that reoccurrence cannot happen.

  • We must take the time with the onshore team to identify if the lessons have been incorporated.

Team building

At the beginning Middle and the end of each project you will need a a fully engaged team.

 

TSG pride ourselves in the delivery of Team Building Sessions structured to each clients individual requirement.

TSG have delivered multiple sessions globally for our clients incorporating into the sessions:

  • DWOP

  • CWOP

  • Engagement Sessions

Coaching Role

 

Coaches are involved as facilitators for a Plan, Do, Measure & Learn process.

  • The coach is on the rig to support the team with regards to keeping the process active and fit for purpose.

    • Planning Meetings

    • After Action Reviews & After Operations Reviews

    • Lessons Learned & FIR Meetings

    • The role is that of a facilitator NOT a private investigator.

    • If there is an opportunity to learn the coach is only interested in:

      • WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO TO LEARN?

      • NOT: WHO DID IT!

  • The TSG coach can only function and add true value if the process is accepted by the leaders on and off the rig.

Video Sequencing

 

Video captures the operation how it went and can be shared multiple times across crews.

  • How was it rigged up?

  • How did the task actually go?

  • What do we need to learn in the future?

  • How can we pass on what we learned to the other crews?

  • Videos act as a reminder to crews how the operation needs to be prepared.

  • There will always be service personnel who are unfamiliar with the rig.

  • There will always be new crew members who need to get up to speed.


Video is simply the fastest way to explain to people how an activity was performed.

Core Team Function Training

 

TSG aims to be competitive in the market.
